7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room felt more like a student dorm, with a terrible smell from the bathroom that woke me up, although it was quite comfortable. The customer service lacked that American touch, but they were helpful when needed. The location was central but noisy at night, and the dining options were a hit or miss. On the bright side, the hotel's proximity to the local recreational activities was fantastic.

Rooms
6.0
The room, although comfortable, had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. It felt more like a student room and was full of hair.
Service
7.0
The customer service, lacking the American standard, proved to be helpful when required.
Location
8.0
The very central location had its drawbacks with noise at night, but the view of the old city from my room was a pleasant surprise.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its shortcomings, such as poor selection and outdated corridors, but the fresh food offerings and variety made up for it.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities needed some updating but overall served their purpose.

7.6/10

The hotel is in a central location within walking distance to the Old City and the market, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Jerusalem. The rooms, while a bit small, are adequate for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the dining options were below expectations, not quite meeting the standards expected for such a hotel.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, though small, looked directly out on David's Tower and provided a sufficient space for my stay.
Service
9.0
The staff were not only very pleasant but also informed me about the option of receiving hard copies instead of emails, which was a nice touch.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is amazing, being centrally situated in Jerusalem and within a short walk to the Old City and the market.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience did not match the advertised greatness, instead falling below the standard expected for such a hotel.
Facilities
The facilities were average, not standing out as exceptional but meeting basic needs for a comfortable stay.
